Available Services
- Free Calling:
- Effective April 4, 2021, incarcerated individuals at ODRC have three (3) free calls of up to 15-minutes every week.
- Paid Calling Options:
- AdvancePay: ConnectNetwork’s prefunded collect option, AdvancePay®, allows a friend or family member to set up a calling account to his/her specific phone number. This account can be used to fund every call that is made and accepted by the number associated with the account. Prefunded accounts can be set up for all types of numbers, including cell phones.
- PIN Debit:
ConnectNetwork’s PIN Debit calling option allows a friend or family member to fund so their incarcerated individual can place outbound calls to anyone in their support network, with or without an AdvancePay account. This type of account allows the incarcerated individual to manage their own phone account and call more than one person in their support network, as opposed to AdvancePay, which only allows your loved one to call the number associated with the account.

A Trust Fund allows an incarcerated individual to better adjust to life at their facility, as well as stay connected to the outside world. The money in a Trust Fund is used just like cash, allowing your loved one to make a variety of purchases at their facility’s commissary, including items such as food and clothing (items will vary by facility location). You can easily send money online or with the ConnectNetwork mobile app for Android and iOS.
The Money Order provider for Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is TouchPay Holdings, LLC d/b/a GTL Financial Services (GTLFS)2. Family and friends can mail a money order by completing the deposit form that can be found at our Ways to Pay page.
Visitation Scheduling allows families and friends to schedule a video visit ahead of time through our “Visit Me” visitation platform. Visitation Scheduling helps avoid missed conversations by ensuring both parties are available to connect. You can sign up for an account and conduct your scheduled video visits at: https://ohdoc.gtlvisitme.com/app.
Scheduling on your mobile device is also available through GTL’s VisMobile app for Android users. This app is not currently available for iOS.
Tablets allow incarcerated individuals access to multimedia services such as music, movies, audiobooks, newsfeed, and religious library content. Additional content and services, as determined by ODRC, may also be available.
Family and friends can fund tablet services on their incarcerated individual’s PIN Debit account through ConnectNetwork.
