Debit Link

A Debit Link account is an inmate account that allows inmates to buy a variety of GTL tablet-related services such as streaming music, games, and eBooks available at their facilities.

Rather than using dollars and cents, the Debit Link account uses a form of currency called link units to enable inmates to pay for these services.

Note: Debit Link is not a commissary/Trust account and may not be used to purchase commissary items available at the facility.

Features

  • Provides inmates with the convenience of paying for a variety of services using a single account.
  • Eliminates the need for an inmate to make specific service selections when requesting funds.
  • Link units remain available until spent. Inmates have the flexibility to decide when to spend them and on what services.

How It Works

With correctional facility approval at facilities that offer the service, you can fund a Debit Link account through your ConnectNetwork account online. Simply purchase link units for an inmate, which he/she can then use to buy GTL tablet-related services available at the facility.

What It Costs

Link units cost a penny: $1 buys 100 link units.

Ways To Pay

Making a deposit online is the easiest and fastest way to make a deposit into an inmate’s account to fund link unit purchases. Note: all Debit Link purchases are final; there are no refunds issued.
