A Message From Our CEO

We Want to Help

Hi Family, Friends and Loved Ones,

Being separated from your incarcerated loved one can create hardships for the whole family. That’s why GTL plans to partner with local family and friends councils to provide assistance related to our services. Our goal is to help you maintain your meaningful connections and create more peace of mind.

To provide more clarity on this initiative, a family and friends council is like a local town hall meeting organized through the facility. They typically meet on a regular basis to answer your questions and offer support; in some cases, topics related to your ConnectNetwork services may arise. To better address those questions, GTL has started to participate in these local meetings to make sure your ConnectNetwork-related questions and feedback are properly resolved.

We look forward to better serving you and providing continued support to you and your loved one.

Take Care,
Deb
