Update to Free Communication Program

At ViaPath, we know that communication and connection are essential in a loved one’s reintegration journey. Our focus is on developing programs and products that support the critical connection. In 2020, as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we introduced a free communication program that offered one free 5-minute call per week to encourage connections during such an uncertain time. Our commitment has continued for 5 years after the initial launch and has led to more than 100 million free calls for incarcerated individuals. While the program is changing, our focus and dedication are not. Moving forward, ViaPath will be providing one free 5-minute call a month. We are committed to ensuring that each and every incarcerated individual has access to a baseline of free communication options.
