By clicking the accept button below I, for myself, my heirs and anyone else claiming through me (collectively “I” or “me”), grant Global Tel*Link Corporation and its family of companies (together, “GTL”) and their successors and assigns, authorization to use, distribute, publish, adjust, crop and copy the digital image I have submitted, in conjunction with my name as submitted to GTL through the Thankful Thoughts Campaign (“Campaign”) submission page on the Connect Network.com website, for the purpose of publicizing and promoting GTL in print, on its website, and in other types of distribution media associated with the Campaign. I understand that GTL will be the owner of all rights in and to the digital image and that GTL is not obligated to use any digital image submissions. In addition, I affirm that I am the individual depicted in the submitted digital image.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen years of age or older, that I have read and understand this Limited Publicity and Digital Image Submission Release, and that I agree to be bound by it.
