About the Program
GTL’s AdvancePay Low Balance Alert is a standard rate subscription alert program designed to inform AdvancePay account holders when their available funds are low and in need of replenishment. 1 message will be sent the first time a call is attempted to a number associated with an account that has insufficient funds to accept the call. Message and data rates may apply.

Message Frequency
You will receive only 1 message each time your account hits a low balance condition. This could occur several times a month, depending on how frequently you receive AdvancePay phone calls.

If you change carriers and are no longer subscribed to text alerts, you can follow the directions to opt in using your new carrier’s network.
