Coronavirus Response Update

To Family Members and Friends of Incarcerated Loved Ones,

As the coronavirus pandemic continues to impact our communities, I think of all of you as you deal with the challenges it presents on top of the concerns you have for your incarcerated loved ones. I want to take a moment to recognize you and the strength it takes to manage this type of situation.

GTL continues to monitor the effects of this outbreak, and we are working every day on ways that we can provide assistance during this time.

Last month we worked with our facility customers to provide free calls and other services to help incarcerated individuals stay connected to their loved ones during this difficult time. Each facility is different and has its own set of services and requirements as to how the services are provided. With that in mind, I am pleased to share that we were able to provide a variety of programs offering free calls, free video visits, and free messaging across the country. We have committed to continue to do so through April and will update again as this situation continues to evolve.

At GTL we place a strong emphasis on helping incarcerated individuals stay connected to their support network. During this stressful and uncertain time, we hope the free calls and services we’re able to offer can help you and your loved ones support and comfort each other.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with your concerns. I value your feedback.

Take care and be well,
Deb
