70 Million Resources and GTL Partner to Bring Job Board to Tablets

GTL is now offering more resources focused on second chances to your incarcerated loved ones through a new partnership with 70 Million Resources, which helps connect people with criminal records with employment.

As part of the partnership, GTL will add parts of 70 Million Resources’ online platform to tablets provided at participating facilities throughout the United States. Additionally, GTL will feature 70 Million Resources’ Commissary Club, the first social network for incarcerated individuals.

One of the top barriers during reentry is employment. This partnership provides valuable resources to help prepare incarcerated individuals for reentry and increase their career opportunities upon return to society

“At GTL, we believe reentry begins at intake, and we are committed to providing avenues for rehabilitation and transformation. We see this partnership with 70 Million Resources as an opportunity to help incarcerated individuals better prepare for reintegration into our communities. Gainful employment is critical to reentry success, and now there is an easier way for them to find employers that believe in giving them this second chance,” said Jessica Artz, GTL Executive Vice President, Human Resources.

GTL tablets currently provide incarcerated individuals access to a wide range of content, including educational resources, entertainment, and electronic communication services. 70 Million Jobs’ job board features hundreds of thousands of “second-chance friendly” job opportunities throughout the United States.

Beyond employment, GTL recognizes there are several challenges your loved one faces upon reentry. Please see our list of resources that make the transition a little less intimidating.
